FAQS

Is Breakfast with Santa a drop off event?

Any child 10 years and older can be dropped off at the event. Children 9 years and under will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian (18 years and older).

How old do I need to be to schedule a call with Santa Claus?

You must be at least 18 years of age to schedule a call. If you’re under 18, please ask your parents or guardian to schedule a call for you.

What is required to video chat with Santa?

You’ll need a computer or device with internet connection and a built-in or external camera. You’ll receive the meeting link after booking. On the day and time of your call, simply click that link and you’ll be connected. Remember to turn on your video camera so Santa can see you.

How long is the call for?

Our one on one calls (Lite, Plus and Deluxe) are up to 10 mins long. Our events (Storytime, Baking and Breakfast) are up to 1 hour long.

What if I have more than one child that would like to chat with Santa?

For our one on one calls we accommodate for up to 2 children to give Santa enough time to talk to each child personally. If you’d like to set up a call for more than 2 children, we’d be happy to help you with that. Just contact us here.

Do you allow booking for a group of children?

Absolutely! Please contact us to set that up.

What if I can’t connect?

We encourage you to log in at least 2 – 3 minutes before your scheduled time to avoid any delay in connecting. It’s also a good idea to take the call from somewhere in your home where you have a pretty good wifi connection.

What if I miss my scheduled call time?

We know life gets busy (especially with kids), so to prevent you missing your call time, a reminder email will be sent to you 24 hours and 2 hours prior to your call. And for good measure, we’ll text you 1 hour before to ensure that you’ll be connected on time. No refunds will be given for missed calls.
